In grade 10, as a member of the school Art Club, I had the opportunity to take on a leadership role during our first-ever Sollertia Art Fest. I was chosen to lead a segment titled Rethink, Rediscover, Remake (RRR), where participants were challenged to recycle waste materials into creative, useful products. I coordinated with peers, guided participants, enforced event rules, and ensured smooth execution throughout the competition. Alongside managing logistics, I also contributed to the event’s vibrant decorations. The competition received enthusiastic participation and appreciation, and leading it gave me valuable experience in teamwork, organization, and creative leadership under pressure.
